Pumpkin Ice Cream with Dried Cranberries & Cinnamon Chips

No matter how cold it is, NO ONE can turn down a scoop of this.

Ingredient list:

-2 cups of heavy cream
-2 cups of half n half
-1 cup of sugar
-3/4 cup of pumpkin puree
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 cup of cinnamon chips
-1.5 cups of dried cranberries, chopped

1) Whisk together the heavy cream and half n half. Whisk in the pumpkin, sugar and vanilla extract until blended.

2) Chill in the fridge for at least 5 hours.

3) When you're ready, use an ice cream maker to make the ice cream. When you're done churning, it should be soft. Add the cranberries and chips and stir to mix in.

4) Put it in the freezer to harden.
